Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer worldwide shipping with tracking. We do not charge any standard shipping for orders over $50, and we do not charge any sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Shipping worldwide:
We ship worldwide and offer both standard and express shipping.
Notice: Standard Shipping is FREE worldwide for orders over $50.
Standard Shipping Times:
- USA and Canada: 7 - 10 business days
- Europe: 7 - 12 business days
- AU & NZ: 7 - 12 business days
- Other countries: 7 - 14+ business days
Express Shipping Times:
A faster (Express) shipping option (3-7 days) is also available at checkout. If you choose the Express shipping option, then the Express shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and shipping location.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 days after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive an automatic notification from the system via email or SMS providing you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. There is nothing to do on your part. We are taking care of it.
